Revs. Josh & Autum Rhoades have been ministering in northern Michigan for the past 11 years. Currently, they are elders at Many Rivers Ministries.

They spent 9 years as youth leaders for ages 13-18. Helping teens in their walk with God, providing opportunities for them to attend youth conferences, events, and other activities - all to strengthen their walk with God - Josh & Autum have a heart for young people.

The last 5 years, Josh & Autum have been given a new assignment in the area of kid's ministry. Currently, they are using the Willie George Curriculum from Church on the Move in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Also, Autum writes her own curriculum, plays, and music to accommodate a growing kid's ministry.

In addition to youth and kid's ministry, Revs. Josh & Autum assist Pastor Rhoades in overseeing the overall administration of the different areas within the church.

Autum leads the worship team and has recorded 2 CD's over the last couple of years. Her goal in 2012 is to release 2 additional CD's with new, relevant, present day truth music for today.
